Tobias has been working at our department since September 2020, initially as a Tenure Track Professor and from 2025, following a successful evaluation, as an Associate Professor of Interative Communication.
In his research, Tobias Dienlin focuses in particular on the topics of privacy and well-being in the context of social media use. In addition, he is passionately committed to open science in order to make scientific work more transparent and accessible.
