01.12.2020

On December 17 at 1 p.m., Assistant Professor Bert Bakker will give a special talk on questionable research practices among quantitative communication research.

This semester, Dr. Bakker has taken over the Paul Lazarsfeld Guest Professorship at our department. Additionally, he will give us an insight on "Attitudes and Perceptions About Questionable and Open Research Practices Among Quantitative Communication Research". This virtual talk is scheduled for December 17, starting at 1 p.m. via Microsoft Teams.

Detailed information as well as a short abstract can be accessed here.

Dr. Bakker's talk is also open for the public. If you are interested in joining, please send an eMail to Mario Freyer (mario.freyer@univie.ac.at). He will send you an invitation link shortly before the talk(s) will start.

Please note: You do not need to register with Microsoft Teams to join the online meeting. Due to technical restrictions and in case of very high (external) interest, we might have to limit each session to a maximum of 100 participants.
