Supported by the Austrian Public Broadcaster ORF, a team around Fritz Hausjell is co-organizing the RIPE@2022 conference for public media researchers, entitled Between the Fourth Estate and the Fifth Power: Conservation and Innovation in PSM Journalism and to be held at our department. As a special feature, the conference aims for close cooperation in thematic working groups in order to be able to present jointly-developed theoretical positions and perspectives for the research field of Public Service Media (PSM) at the end of the conference.

Our department will assign a certain number of free tickets to interested students. The application will be open for all students of the department (first come first serve). If you are interested in joining, please register at ✉ ripe2022.publizistik@univie.ac.at.
