Julia Stranzl is a PhD student at the Department of Communication and involved involved in research projects of the Corporate Communication Research Group. Julia wrote her master's thesis at the University of Zurich and then gained teaching and research experience at the Instutute for Methodology at the University of Applied Sciences at Wiener Neustadt. As part of her doctorate, she focuses on the role of a socioemotional internal communication approach during crisis to foster employees' job engagement and especially to prevent from job disengagement.
